Introducing RPG, your go-to Randomized Password Generator. Use RPG to create strong, secure passwords that protect your important data and privacy.

Why RPG?

Stop using dictionary-based passwords that are easily compromised. Instead, opt for random passwords that are not found in dictionaries and are much less likely to be tested in a “brute force” attack.

Features

Instant Generation: RPG instantly generates several passwords with varying strength, color-coded to help you quickly choose a password with the characteristics you need.

- Word Option: RPG includes the option for words in passwords! Generate easy-to-type and remember passwords like “~Turfy9CookedSambur”. Optionally use random symbols as word separators.

- Memorable Passwords: RPG creates strong memorable passwords using a clever technique that helps the password resemble a word.

- Hawaiian Passwords: Give your password a fun tropical feel!

- Balanced Passwords: Faster and easier to type because each character of the password comes from alternating hands (or thumbs).

- Password Strength: Measured for each password based on the complexity and variety of letters, numbers, and symbols included. Time to guess is estimated based on a hypothetical computer system capable of making 500 billion guesses per second. Password Entropy is also available for each password (enable in Settings).

- Privacy: Several passwords are generated at the same time, so there is no way the app or the person watching over your shoulder could know which password you decide to use! Just memorize the password you like and your secret will be safe.

- Easy Copy and Save: Swipe to copy or save the password, or touch a password to tweak it before copying it for easy pasting later. Use the refresh buttons or pull the list down to generate more passwords.

- Secure Storage: Saved passwords are stored in your device keychain, automatically sync to your other iCloud devices, and are available when logging into websites and apps (enable in Settings). The free version saves up to 3 passwords. Passwords are protected using your device passcode or biometrics.

- Customization Options: Jump directly into the customization options for individual password profiles from the Passwords screen.

- Random Login Names: Optionally create a random username when saving a password. Randomized usernames provide better security than your personally identifiable email address or phone number in the event of a website breach.

- Export Option: Optionally export your password list for safe-keeping.

Protect your data with RPG - the Randomized Password Generator. Your important data will thank you.

Latest reviews of RPG: Random Password Generator app for iPhone and iPad

RPG is a very handy App
With RPG at hand, the task of creating a strong password couldnt be any easier! I like how the slider allows you to set the number of characters, and you instantly see a list of passwords meeting various constraints. Each time you touch the reset button, new passwords are generated; each instantly available to jot down or copy and later paste. The author has written some good guidelines on safekeeping the passwords. I never thought about using randomly-generated characters for my username. I am sure that this handy App will help me achieve enhanced security for my protected accounts.
Cool and useful
I like this update. This is a good way to make my passwords. Improve this with saved passwords some how and maybe some way to be iPad version?
Works as advertised
Nice to have a bunch of pwds to choose from in one go, and the "memorable" ones really are easier to remember!
Fit the bill
Just what I was looking for. Had hoped it would use more non-alpha characters though.
A lot of unnecessary stuff
If youre tech savvy enough to know you need a random password generator, you dont need one that generates 10 at a time, shows you the poor choices AND the good ones and then prompts you to choose one. This app ”does the job” but it really could do it much more efficiently.
